TRAINING
We are very concerned about putting well-educated TSR’s on the phone. Our sales people will be specifically trained on every aspect of your company. Product specific training is the key to our success with any campaign. Before the beginning of any campaign, each TSR returns to training to be schooled on the individual products, objectives and constraints. Along with the product specific training, we use ongoing training classes that focus on program sensitive terminology, phone etiquette, motivation and script flow. These classes keep the TSR focused on their responsibilities.
QUALITY CONTROL
We will keep you informed by sending daily statistics that highlight the previous day’s performance. An experienced account manager will serve as your main contact at ASK and will coordinate your program. We have the ability to record all conversations for quality assurance. All recording is done digitally right on the system and can be played back at your convenience. Also, all applications will be sent through several system related checks for completeness and accuracy. Data validation is performed prior to data being transmitted to the client utilizing the digital recordings. We offer full remote monitoring capabilities.
SUPERVISION
Ask Telemarketing is committed to in depth project training, retraining and monitoring. We have one supervisor for every eight TSR’s. All supervisors must have proven communication skills and understand motivation and performance evaluation. Each supervisor is trained on each campaign and must understand all aspects of that campaign. They also have ongoing training on all aspects of their job.
