Our President
Rick Burley is our President of A.S.K. Telemarketing. He founded the company in 1992 after working several years in another Tele- marketing firm. With a degree in Information Technology and an extensive background in sales and IT design in the telemarketing industry, he felt confident he could build a firm that would embody his own personal beliefs and, at the same time, provide a superior service.
Rick is a graduate of Auburn University and a Montgomery native. He is married with 2 children and is a dedicated community and church leader. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the YMCA and was named their Man of the Year in 1997 in addition to acting as coach for several youth teams.
Our Staff
Over the years we have brought together a management staff with decades of experience in a variety of sales and call center roles. We have the breadth of knowledge and diversity of skills required to run a first class call center of the highest professional standards. We have come together in a real spirit of common values and esteem to create a new family and we strive to treat each employee as a member of that family.
With the capacity for 167 seats, approximately 50% of staff are dedicated to sales, 25% is involved with inbound customer service, and another 25% are primarily handling survey work. Nearly all are cross-trained, however, to work wherever they may be needed at a moment’s notice. Our administrative and support staff also have call center experience and understand the real needs of our clients, our managers, and our employees. So no matter whom our clients may contact, they can be assured of knowledgeable and competent assistance.
